Consultation Agent 10/2014 - 08/2016
I was the initial point of contact for customers. I would troubleshoot PC, and MAC issues. This included both OS, software, and hardware issues. I would backup/transfer data, create images, upgrade hardware (RAM, HDD/SSD, GPU, PSU), resolved network connectivity issues, installed/removed software, worked with Windows XP - 10.
Customer service was a significant part of this job as well as my ability to resolve technology related issues.
Teksystems @ Aspirus Hospital in Wausau, WI
Help Desk 11/2015 - 03/2016

80% of my time was spent receiving calls from Aspirus staff seeking IT related help. I used software to remote into workstations and resolve any problem experienced. Sometimes I'd have to install software, troubleshoot Windows issues, network problems, or the various applications Aspirus uses. I would also at times backup user profiles to network drives, and install printer drivers from the print server.
The other 20% of my time I would make rounds at the hospital at night and complete tickets. These would range from wrapping cables, making changes to workstations that could not be worked on during the day such as updates, re-imaging, or installing a new HDD.
